試 驗 －－

1. 高 性 能 混 凝 土 坍 流 度 試 驗 ： 測 定 新 拌 高 性 能 混 凝 土 之 坍 流 度 ， 以 確 定 工 作 性 。
2. 混 凝 土 中 水 溶 性 氯 離 子 含 量 試 驗 ： 測 定 混 凝 土 摻 料 氯 離 子 含 量 。
3. 防 水 材 「 堵 漏 劑 」 試 驗 ： 以 試 驗 方 式 模 擬 漏 水 現 場 ， 並 於 數 分 鐘 內 止 水 。
4. HI CON 藥 劑 使 用 ： 添 加 HI CON 藥 劑 與 未 添 加 之 水 泥 漿 OM 觀 察 比 較 。
5. 混 凝 土 乾 縮 試 驗 ： 測 定 新 拌 混 凝 土 之 體 積 變 化 ， 並 以 長 度 變 化 量 表 示 之 。
6. 新 拌 混 凝 土 抗 壓 試 驗 製 作 ： 測 定 混 凝 土 之 抗 壓 強 度 。
7. 新 產 品 製 作 試 驗 －－ 合 成 技 術 提 昇 ： 在 現 有 產 品 基 礎 上 創 造 新 產 品 ， 以 提 昇 同 級 產 品 附 加 價 值 。
8. 顯 微 鏡 觀 測 ： 由 微 觀 觀 測 方 式 ， 了 解 藥 劑 分 散 效 果 。

1. 卸 料 情 形 ： 以 堆 高 機 搬 運 卸 料 ， 數 量 點 收 。

Test :

1. High Performance Concrete Slump Test : Measures the slump of newly mixed high performance concrete to determine workability.
2. Soluble Chlorine Ion Test : Determines the chlorine ion composition in concrete admixture.
3. "Water Plug" Test for Waterproofing Materials : Simulating a leaking situation and measure the time needed for the leak to stop.
4. HI CON Chemicals Application : Observes the difference of concrete with HI CON chemicals and without HI CON chemicals.
5. Concrete Shrinkage Test : Checks the variation of volume for newly mixed concrete by measuring the variation in lengths.
6. Compression Test of Newly Mixed Concrete : Measures the compression strength of concrete.
7. New Products Research Test - Progress of Synthetic Technology : Develops new product on the basis of current products so as to increase additional benefits of current products in the same class.
8. Microscopic Observation : Analyze the diffusion effects of chemicals by using a microscope.

Quality Control :

1. Unloading : Unloaded by bulldozers. Inventoried in receiving process.
2. Storage : Well-defined storage environment for materials increases work efficiency.
3. Inspection of Materials : Inspection of water percentage and basic physical characteristics of materials.
4. Tests of Production Process : Samples are taken from the storage tank before shipping to perform tests of specific gravity and P.H. value.
5. Test before Shipping : Perform sampling and testing with the driver before shipping.
6. Samples before shipping : Strict quality control and complete records of quality are maintained.
